Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

Teams Direct Routing allows for the connection of a customer-provided SBC to the
Microsoft Phone System. The SBC can connect to almost any phone line or third parties
with PSTN equipment. The connection provides:

◼ Configuring interoperability between customer-owned phone equipment such as third parties
◼ PBXs, analog devices, and Microsoft Phone System
